Joe's Story
Joe Paulsen understands first hand how exhausting it can be to keep a business moving forward when leaders are losing their best people.
He experienced those same struggles while leading a $40-million manufacturing company, where he was caught in the endless cycle of turnover and stress. After years of missed opportunities and challenges, he finally discovered a system that transformed his leadership and his results.
He grew one business segment by more than 1000%, increasing revenue from 1.2 million 13 million in just six years.
That success provided him with the confidence to pursue the work he has always loved most:
