Joe began implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) at his company in 2012, where it transformed his leadership team and provided them the focus to grow one segment of the business from $1.2 million in revenue to over $13 million—a 1000% increase in six short years.

In 2015, after selling the company to a private equity firm, Joe felt it was the perfect time to pursue his lifelong passion of helping other entrepreneurial owners experience their EOS Life.

Since 2016, Joe has helped over 70 companies implement EOS. He has achieved EOS Expert certification and recently became a certified Great Boss Workshop facilitator.
