My name is Shannon Hecksel. I’ve been doing the EOS system for three to four years with Joe as our implementor.
For EOS, it was just a step in the right direction to continue to learn and grow as a great boss. I thought the structure was great. It’s really hard for me to stay engaged, and the fact that that eight-hour workshop went by like it was ten minutes is because of Joe’s leadership of the workshop and how he just kept things moving and kept you engaged.
He would talk for a little bit, and then he would go into breakout groups. The leadership and management tool with the five bullet points under each one was a deep dive during the workshop, and that was super helpful.
We have been using that tool, but I’ve got to admit, we have not been necessarily using it correctly. It really opened my mind to a lot more understanding of how to use those tools, how to be a better boss, and how to help our organization function better and continue to grow.
Yeah, I definitely would recommend it. I think it was great.
